Information pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016

1. Object of the treatment
The Data Controller processes the personal identification data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bank and payment details, etc.) communicated by you when concluding contracts for the services provided by the Data Controller and/or through the appropriate forms on the website www.sartoriagallo.com.

2. Purpose of the processing
We inform you that the data collected will be used for:

A. Without your express consent:

  1. conclude contracts for the purchase of products supplied by the Owner;
  2. fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you;
  3. fulfill obligations established by law, by a Regulation, by a Community regulation or by order of an Authority (such as anti-money laundering legislation);
  4. exercise the rights of the Data Controller (for example the right of defense in a trial);
  5. administrative/accounting purposes such as: fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations).
  6. services necessary for the correct functioning of the site, such as:

    - Google Tag Manager;
    - Google Fonts; Facebook Ads conversion tracking (Facebook pixel);
    - Meta Events Manager;
    - Google Analytics 4

B. Only with your specific and express consent for the following purposes:

  1. follow up on your request for contact and/or information using the contact details provided in the form;
  2. send you newsletters to update you on our activities, to promote our services and to advertise the events we organize, it will always be possible to unsubscribe from our mailing lists through the procedure indicated at the bottom of the communication received containing the newsletter.   3. profiling purposes: only with your express consent, your personal data (collected for the purposes referred to in the previous points 1 and 2) will be processed for profiling purposes, in particular for the creation of specific commercial profiles and for the analysis of preferences also by cross-referencing such personal data with other information collected through profiling cookies, in order to send you commercial communications and/or promote initiatives and events of specific interest to the user.
  4. allow you to use the web platform dedicated to e-commerce within the specific section on the website www.sartoriagallo.com.

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of the contract to which you are a party and/or the consent you have given to the processing itself. The personal data in possession of Sartoria Gallo are collected from customers and/or users. In any case, all these data are processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the obligations of confidentiality and the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

3. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond:
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A is mandatory; in the event of failure to provide data, we will not be able to guarantee the services referred to in art. 2.A.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B is optional, you can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case you can no longer be contacted.

4. Processing methods:
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2 EU Regulation n. 679/2016 and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your data are subjected to both paper and electronic and automated processing, in compliance with an internal procedure and technical measures capable of guaranteeing the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves. The personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to fulfill the purposes listed and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship.

5. Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated:
Your personal data may be communicated to:

  1. company personnel as data processors and/or external managers and/or system administrators for the management of practices relating to the contract in place: the personnel has been duly trained in matters of personal data security and privacy protection.
  2. to third-party companies or other entities (for example: professional firms, consultants, banks, etc.) for the fulfillment of obligations connected to the service/purchase requested and provided by you.

In any case, the prohibition to communicate or disseminate your personal data to subjects not necessary for the performance of the services requested by you remains in place. The updated list of any Data Processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.

6. Rights of interested parties
You have the right, at any time, to exercise the following rights:

  1. of access to personal data;
  2. to rectify and delete personal data or to limit the processing of such data;
  3. of opposition to the processing of personal data;
  4. of portability of personal data;
  5. of withdrawal of consent, where applicable – the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
  6. to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor).

8. How to exercise your rights:
You may exercise your rights at any time by sending a request to the following email address: info@sartoriagallo.com. We will respond to requests within 30 days. However, it may take longer to complete the request. We will make sure to communicate these details via email. All information provided to us in the request will only be used to fulfill the request and will be deleted within 12 months.
