Shipping methods Orders are delivered via DHL or GLS courier to the address you indicate. The destination address cannot be changed once the shipment has been made. A courier identification number will be sent to you via email to track your shipment. Delivery times: from the order processing the package is shipped in Express mode. Europe: 2 – 3 working days Rest of the world: 3 – 4 working days Please note that all face coverings are non-returnable due to health regulations! The order will be shipped within five days from Monday to Friday. The delivery time of the goods ordered from the Site varies depending on the order placed by the Customer and the delivery conditions for the order itself. The times relating to the delivery conditions are approximate and not binding for the Company. Taxes and Customs Duties Any additional costs due to the payment of taxes, duties and sales taxes for countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer. These must be paid directly to the carrier in order to release the order. For further information, please contact your local customs office or respective tax authority.
