Terms of Use Registration and/or use of the sartoriagallo.com website implies acceptance by the user (“User”) of the General Conditions herein. Use of the website and/or acceptance of the General Conditions at the time of registration represent an agreement between the user and Sartoria Gallo. If you do not accept the following General Conditions, you will not be authorized to use the website and the services provided by the Company. These General Conditions exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on sartoriagallo.com, between the Users of the website and the Company. 1. Ownership of contents The Website and its contents, including for example texts and images (the “Contents”), are the property of the Company or third parties that provide services to the Company. All rights are reserved unless otherwise specified. Any content such as trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs are registered trademarks of the Company or third parties who have granted the related rights. Unauthorized use of the contents or any use by the Customer that is considered in conflict with these General Conditions is prohibited. 2. Conclusion of the contract with the Company To conclude the purchase contract of one or more products on sartoriagallo.com the User must fill out an order form in electronic format and send it to the Company, in the electronic transmission of data, following the instructions. The contract is considered concluded when the Company receives, in the electronic transmission of data, the order form from the User, after verifying the correctness of the data included. Once the contract is concluded, the Company will take the Customer's purchase order. The Company has the right not to follow up on those orders that could demonstrate insufficient guarantee of solvency or that prove to be incomplete or incorrect or in the event that the products are not available. In each of these cases, the Company will inform the Customer that it will not be able to execute the order specifying the reasons. Delivery times Delivery times for goods ordered from the website vary depending on the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions of the order itself. Shipping will be arranged within 7 working days of payment and registration of the credit. The times relating to delivery terms are approximate and not binding for the Company. 4. Delivery of goods Upon delivery of the goods the Customer must check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the bill of lading – that the packaging is intact and not altered, not even in the sealing tapes in case of tampering and/or damage, the Customer must immediately notify the shipment and/or delivery by writing “goods not selected for …” (write the reason) on the bill of lading received from the courier or any other operator. Following this, the Customer must report any damage within 3 days of receiving the goods according to the methods planned by the operator who carried out the shipment. 5. Tracking shipments You can track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the Customer's email address once the shipment has been sent and which contains information on the courier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track the shipment. 6. Cancelling or modifying an order To modify or cancel an order that has already been submitted, you must promptly contact the Company by email at info@sartoriagallo.com specifying the reference number. 7. Payment Methods You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express and Paypal. You confirm that the credit, debit or merchant card being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or does not authorise payment to us for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
