2. Conclusion of the contract with the Company
To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on sartoriagallo.com the User must fill out an order form in electronic format and send it to the Company, in the electronic transmission of data, following the instructions.
The contract is considered concluded when the Company receives, in the electronic transmission of data, the order form from the User, after verifying the accuracy of the data included. Once the contract is concluded, the Company will assume the Customer's purchase order. The Company has the right not to follow up on those orders that could prove to have insufficient guarantee of solvency or that prove to be incomplete or incorrect or if the products are not available. 3. Delivery time
The delivery time of the goods ordered from the website varies depending on the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions of the order itself. The shipment will be organized within 7 working days after payment and registration of the credit.

4. Delivery of the goods

6. Cancellation or modification of an order
To change or cancel an order that has already been submitted you must promptly contact the Company by e-mail at info@sartoriagallo.com specifying the reference number.
7. Payment Methods
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express and Paypal. You confirm that the credit, debit or store card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment to us for any reason, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery.
