All pre-order and Made to Order products will be shipped the next business day after the order date. Shipping occurs, with some exceptions, in 48-72h and is always included. An estimated delivery date can be viewed on the product description page.
Made
The return period for online purchases is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. The return can be made by contacting Customer Service , who will schedule a free collection with the courier.
Changes
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the delivery date. To change the size of the purchased item, you must return the item to be exchanged and place a new order

Luigi Gallo, atelier in Rome and many English clients, never picks up a tape measure at the first meeting. First he wants to know the person in front of him, to understand how he wants the dress. He could sew wings to angels so light and precise are his stitches.
He looks at you and takes your measurements.
He has velvet hands and an iron will. He cuts three hundred suits a year. He cuts for Accorsi, Giannini and Placido. He took care of the lapels of Andreotti and Manzù. He sewed a coat for Khrushchev. Gallo is around Via Veneto.

1 Hand made in Italy
We handcraft our ties in Italy, relying on artisans with decades of experience in producing the finest ties.
This ensures that each tie is unique and made to exceptionally high standards.
We carefully select the linings and the internal structure based on the specific fabric used, thus ensuring the perfect balance between weight and movement, avoiding the formation of creases.
2 Fabrics
For our ties we use only the highest quality fabrics.
The wool comes from the most prestigious textile houses in Biella, renowned throughout Italy, while the silk, of superior quality, is printed in Como, an area with a centuries-old textile tradition.
3 FOLDS AND FINISHES
We craft our ties in the classic 3-fold style, with a self-fold finish that ensures a comfortable weight without excessive use of fabric.
This technique, considered one of the most elegant methods for finishing a tie, requires that the back of the blade is made of the same fabric as the outside.
Self-folding ties are typical of high-end products, as they require a more complex and expensive manufacturing process.
4 WIDTH AND LENGTH OF THE TIE BLADE
Our ties are made with versatile dimensions: a blade 8cm (3.15 inches) wide and 150cm (59 inches) long.
These measurements make them ideal for matching the width of most jacket lapels.
Each tie is sewn down the center with a continuous thread, which allows the fabric to adapt to your movements during use.
This particular type of stitching represents a further distinctive sign of artisan workmanship.
